The following video is not really funny at all. I actually felt the pain of this poor fellow. This is a good example of what happens when you're not focusing on your client as a personal trainer. This is FAR too common.

Why is it that Beyonce, J-lo and many, many celebrities hire and utilize the services of personal trainers?

Many feel they do it because they can afford it.

While that may be partially true, it is far from the real reason.
